TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please Note:  All bidders and others attending this auction agree that they have read and fully understood these terms and agree to be bound thereby.

• The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from the sale any of the items listed or to sell items not listed and also reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots.  Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the Auctioneer reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk.
• Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser.  The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time specified, and may remove or store at the expense and risk of the purchaser.
• No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from the premises.   
• The Auctioneer shall not, in any event, be liable for non-delivery or for any other matter or thing to any purchaser of any lot, other than for the return to the purchaser of the deposit or sum paid on said lot, should the purchaser be entitled to it.
• In the event of a tie bid, the Auctioneer reserves the right to resell the article to the parties claiming the last bid.  The highest bidder being the purchaser.
• The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  On lots, which there is a reserve, the Auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller.
• No guarantee or warranty is expressed or implied as to correctness, description, authenticity, geniuses or condition.
• All bills must be paid in full before leaving the premises on the day of the sale by cash, certified check, or acceptable funds.
• Any announcement at the time of the sale will take precedence over printed material.
• Persons attending the sale for removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person &  property and release the Auctioneer and principle from any liability.
• The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of a dispute.
• The Auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for any acts of its principles.
• PAYMENT: Cash only unless you are established with this Auction firm. Uncertified Checks, however, accompanied by Bank Letter of Credit Guarantee will be honored.
• We are licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture, Division of Licensing, and Bonded to the State of Ohio.
• 10% Buyers Premium.
